Overview

6-day tour from Casablanca to Marrakech, where we’ll visit the Chefchaouen blue city, the Fes cultural city, and admire the beauty of the Sahara Desert in Erg Chebbi.

we’ll get the opportunity to ride camels during sunset and sleep in a desert camp. we’ll also discover historic landmarks like the ancient kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou and finish the trip whether in Marrakech or Casablanca.

Tour Plan: 6 Days Tour Casablanca to Marrakech

Day 1: Casablanca - Rif Mountains - Chefchaouen

Our driver will pick you up from your accommodation in Casablanca and head toward the scenic Rif Mountains. On the way, we’ll enjoy the landscapes before arriving in Chefchaouen, famous for its blue-washed streets and buildings.

You’ll have time to walk around the city’s charming old medina, take some great photos, and relax in local cafes before spending the night in a cozy riad.

Day 2: Chefchaouen - Fes Imperial City

After breakfast, we’ll leave Chefchaouen Morocco’s blue city, and drive through the Rif Mountains toward Fes.

Along the way, we’ll have a stop to admire the ancient Roman ruins of Volubilis, a UNESCO World Heritage site that tells the story of the Roman empire. Once we arrive in the cultural city of Fes, we’ll have the chance to explore the vibrant local souks and the old medina.

The day ends with an overnight stay in a traditional riad.

Day 3: Fes - Middle Atlas - Cedar Forest - Merzouga

We’ll start the day early and make our way through the Middle Atlas Mountains. Our trip will take us to the city of Ifrane, known as Morocco’s “Little Switzerland” for its European-style architecture.

We’ll continue through the incredible cedar forest of Azrou, where you’ll encounter wild monkeys. After crossing scenic mountain passes and desert landscapes, we’ll finally arrive in Merzouga.

After a camel ride at sunset, we’ll enjoy a delicious dinner and listen to traditional Berber music around a campfire before spending the night in well-equipped tents.

Day 4: Merzouga - Rissani - Dades Valley

After breakfast, we’ll leave the desert and go to Rissani, a town known for its weekly market. Then, we’ll drive to Tinghir to see the amazing Todra Gorges, which are great for hiking and taking pictures.

We’ll have lunch, then continue our way to Dades Valley, where you’ll spend the night at a traditional hotel, surrounded by beautiful mountain views.

Day 5: Dades Valley - Ait Ben Haddou - Marrakech

We’ll depart from Dades Valley and make our way to Ouarzazate, known as the “Hollywood of Morocco” because of the many movies filmed there. Next, we’ll explore Ait Ben Haddou, a popular kasbah in Morocco that’s recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage site.

Once we finish our lunch, we’ll continue our adventure crossing the High Atlas Mountains and passing through the Tizi n’Tichka pass. We’ll then arrive in Marrakech, where you’ll have free time to explore the city on your own.
